The degree in Social and Non-Profit Work trains future social workers, i.e. experts in preventing and handling social hardship in all its dimensions and in identifying and coordinating resources to this end. Graduates must be able to manage, organise, plan and coordinate social work. They must therefore acquire skills conducive to understanding the economic and social context of the area in question, the causes of the hardship, and the tools needed to overcome it.
