Provision of data
The provision of data for purposes A), B), C) and D) is necessary to fulfill the purposes set out above. Failure to provide the data will make it impossible to use the services described. The provision of data for purposes E) is optional. Failure to provide it will result in the inability to subscribe to the LUMSA newsletter without prejudice to other purposes.

Recipients
In order to comply with existing contracts or related purposes, data will be shared with third parties belonging to the following categories: -service providers used in the management of the information system used by LUMSA Libera Università Maria Ss. Assunta and telecommunications networks; -freelancers, firms or companies providing assistance and advice; - companies providing services for the management of activities indicated above; - platform providers for the services listed above (eg site hosting); - competent authorities for compliance with legal obligations and/or provisions of public bodies, upon request. The companies belonging to the aforesaid categories perform the function of Data Processing Manager, or operate in complete autonomy as separate Data Controllers. The list of data processors is constantly updated and available at the University.

Data transfer to a third country and/or an international organization
Personal data provided will not be transferred outside the European Union. Should the data holder transfer data outside the European Union, the transfer will be made by the data controller, after informing the data subject, in accordance with articles. 44 et seq. of EU Regulation 2016/679 "General principle for transfer.”

Rights of the Interested Party| Control Authority Complaint
You can assert your rights as expressed in articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of EU Regulation 2016/679 by contacting the Data Controller, by sending an email to privacy@lumsa.it or by calling 06 684221. You have the right, at any time, to ask the Data Controller for access to your personal data, corrections, cancellation of the same, and processing limits.
In addition, in the cases provided for, you have the right to object, at any time, to the processing of your data (including automated processing, e.g. profiling) and the processing of data for purposes B), and to withdraw your consent given.
Without prejudice to any other administrative and judicial appeal, if you believe that the processing of data concerning you violates the provisions of EU Reg. 2016/679, pursuant to art. 15 letter f) of the aforementioned EU Reg. 2016/679, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of your personal data.
In the cases provided for, you have the right to the portability of your data and in this case the Data Controller will provide you with a structured, commonly used, and readable form of your personal data electronically.

Changes to the Privacy Policy
The owner reserves the right to change, update, add or remove portions of this privacy statement at its discretion and at any time. In order to facilitate this verification, the policy will contain the updated date.
