Living LUMSA: Cafeteria, Library, IT services and Sport

LUMSA offers its students several services in order to facilitate their stay at the University.

LUMSA’s students can access a private cafeteria “LUMSA Café” that is available Monday to Friday from 8 to 19 and is located at Via delle Fosse di Castello 7.

Furthermore several agreements have been signed with external services (restaurants, gyms, health centers, etc.) where LUMSA’s students can have discounted rates by presenting their student’s card.

LUMSA has also a new central university library in Rome, which was inaugurated on 16 December 2016 as well as a library in the Palermo’s Campus. The university library system offers a high number of volumes and journals in the specific scientific areas in which the university is operating as well as plenty of reading rooms to offer appropriate space for students.

LUMSA IT services include some extremely useful applications. Some of them are linked to teaching activities, others to communication between the university and students, and others for extra-curricular activities. WiFi services are also offered free of charge for students, LUMSA is furthermore part of the Eduroam network.

Sport is also given high attention at LUMSA as it is considered a central part in the education of students. Several are therefore the activities organized.
