Carry out an activity of knowledge and collection of the regulatory and procedural systems of the institutions and of European companies on the two identified issues, investigating how policies that encourage worker participation and welfare development can help companies to be competitive;
Create and test an educational program, aimed at training employers, active staff in the human resources sector and corporate welfare managers allowing him to acquire skills to apply good practices in Europe in their own context;
To concretely train the participants through a path that involves the combination of one theoretical and practical phase and aimed at multiplying the results obtained in the contexts of origin;
Production and publication of guidelines that give regulatory references and contain an integrated collection of good practices aimed at encouraging greater participation and corporate welfare.
Period of development: 30 months (from September 2020 to February 2023)
