Accommodation

There is a new counter service: LUMSA Accommodation Service, an innovative support offered by the LUMSA to its students who do not reside in Rome in the search and selection of suitable housing solutions or of a temporary accommodation of another kind.
The student is given complete assistance from the choice of the accommodation to the definition of the tenancy agreement.
LUMSA Accommodation Service is completely free.
All the accommodation proposals – viewed and selected beforehand by the LUMSA personnel – are inserted in a database which can be consulted on specific bulletin-boards inside the University buildings.
Students who call on the LUMSA Accommodation Service personnel in Borgo Vittorio, 112, are shown the houses available, accompanied to see them and supported till the signing of the tenancy agreement.
If they want, the students can ask for additional services, such as help when moving in or when fixing up the accommodation
