2022 EGPA PSG Public Sector Financial Management Spring Workshop

The Department of Human Sciences of LUMSA University will host the two days of the 2022 European Group of Public Administration (EGPA) PSG on Public Sector Financial Management (PSFM) Spring Workshop devoted to the study of Financial Management within the Public Sector.
The European Group for Public Administration (EGPA) is part of the International Institute of the Administrative Sciences (IIAS) founded to promote the Public Sector and Public Services at the European and world level. Its objectives are pursued by bringing together European academics and professionals thereby contributing to the development of research and scientific knowledge ("PA as Science") in the public sector through the work of its Permanent Study Groups and the specialised seminars and workshops it organises. The Permanent Study Group “PSFM” of the EGPA is dedicated to the study of Financial Management in the Public Sector.
The Workshop will be held on 26 and 27 May 2022 with the objective of exploring the topic “Rethinking Public Sector Financial Management: Public Value and Others Challenges for Accounting Studies (in the Aftermaths of COVID-19)”.
The Workshop will be divided into two plenary sessions with guest speakers from Italy and abroad and there will be parallel sessions in which papers submitted in response to the Call-for-Papers will be presented.
The 2022 EGPA Workshop is under accreditation at AIDEA (Accademia Italiana di Economia Aziendale) and SIDREA (Società Italiana di Economia Aziendale).

The Call-for-Papers is addressed to scholars, experts and researchers so as to gather together material for discussion in the two days of the EGPA Workshop. Abstract Submissions should be sent by March 1st 2022. Notification of acceptance will be released by March 15th 2022. Papers, in the format specified in the call for papers, must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org by 15 April 2022.
The Call-for-Papers also gives information about the arrangements for participation in the activities of the two-day workshop. It is possible to participate in the Workshop without presenting a paper.
There is a workshopfee of 120 euros, which does not include accommodation expenses (which are the responsibility of participants). In the event of late registration after 22 April 2022, the registration fee will increase to 170 euros.

Once registered for the event, a scanned copy of the bank transfer payment must be sent by email to email@example.com and a receipt for payment will be issued to each participant.
