    PhD in Social Science, she is Adjunct Professor in Corporate Social Responsibility at LUMSA University.
    Her areas of expertise are Human Rights and Business, Global Strategy for Sustainable Business Development and Corporate Responsibility, Stakeholders Engagement Management.
    As Corporate Partnership and CSR specialist at UNICEF Italy, she is in charge of coordinating and nourishing the external relations network activities aimed at advancing the children’s rights agenda. Specifically, she is responsible for developing strategic alliance with the private sector to make due diligence compliant with human rights. In her role at UNICEF Italy, she has been working on creating and implementing firms’ CSR strategy and process related to corporate shared value and human rights. She has also been managing intensive executive training programs on business and human rights and she is used to bring her competencies in human rights, at private and public sector level, to increase understanding and promote good practice and action on business contribution to international development. She is also responsible for coordinating global and local partnerships with foundations and corporations, at global and local level, and managing international projects within sustainable development.
    During her career, she also worked for other International Organizations and NGOs in the field of sustainable development issues.
    During her academic career, she explored the role of business in developing countries and new business models at the Bottom of the Pyramid.
