INFORMATION FOR INCOMING ERASMUS STUDENTS
A. Y. 2011/2012

 

BEFORE THE ARRIVAL


 


Send an email at erasmuslumsa@lumsa.it with the following information

  • Name of the Sending Institution
  • Student’s Full Name (We recommend to specify all Names and Surnames)
  • Student Place and Date of Birth
  • Student Email address (it is warmly suggested to furnish a frequently used email account)
  • Field of Studies (Faculty and Degree Course)
  • Period of Stay (1st semester – 2nd semester – Full Academic Year)
    We suggest to use the
    Student Form .

 

In few days you will receive an Access Code to use for filling in the On Line Application Form

 

 

We recommend to use this Guide to facilitate the registration and to Print the Memorandum of Registration released at the end of the application.

 

N. B. The Filling in will be allowed only during the following deadlines
- from May 1st to June 30th (I Semester or Full Academic Year)
- from July 15th to November 30th (II Semester)

 

Once completed the on line procedure, fill in the Paper Application Form
We remind you that the Paper Form must be signed by the Student and both signed and stamped by the Sending Institution

  • The Memorandum of the On Line Application Form
  • The Paper Application Form duly signed by the student and signed and stamped by  the Sending Institution
  • Two passport photos
  • A copy of identity card document or passport
